Method
-Season the pork chops with the mix of herbs and spices poi fatele rosolare in una casseruola con un filo d’olio, da tutti i lati fin quando non saranno croccanti, aggiungete poi le erbe aromatiche e coprite con la birra lasciando cuocere dolcemente per 40 minuti.
