Salt, Pepper and Garlic: the typical mix of American barbecue preparations, with a Mediterranean twist. A very versatile blend, to be used instead of kitchen salt in any preparation, to enhance any raw material: from animal proteins to vegetables.

Extra idea: use it also to dress salads, or to flavor dishes raw, at the end of cooking.
