Vegetarian and gluten free spinach
A recipe that will drive both adults and children crazy!
Method
– Sbucciare le patate, tagliarle a cubetti, lessarle per 10 minuti, poi scolarle e schiacciarle con il passaverdure.
– Tritare gli spinaci lessati con il mixer.
– Unire in una ciotola: patate lesse, spinaci tritati, un uovo, sale, pepe, rosmarino tritato e pangrattato fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
– Prelevare un po’ di impasto e formare le spinacine mettendo al centro una fettina di formaggio.
– Passare le spinacine prima nell’uovo sbattuto e poi nella panatura Milanese Gusto al Volo.
– Posizionare le spinacine su una teglia rivestita con carta forno, completarle con un giro d’olio e cuocerle in forno ventilato a 180 gradi per 20 minuti circa.
Suggestions
Serve the spinach with a nice salad, mayonnaise and Gusto al Volo ketchup.
