Crispy Fish Burgers

Ingredients:
225g cod (boned)
11 prawns (or shrimp tails)
1 egg
Thyme and/or parsley

Method

  • Frullare in un mixer: merluzzo, gamberi, timo, uovo e un po’ di panatura classica. Il preparato deve avere una consistenza morbida ma non liquida

  • Pour the breading over the surface of the burgers and along the edges

  • Cook the burgers in a pan in the oven or in an air fryer

  • Heat the bread and compose the sandwich with mayonnaise, salad, burger and finally the Farciburger Sweet and sour gherkins

  • Serve with French fries and Gusto al Volo Mayonnaise.
