Breaded rolls with mortadella, pistachio and scamorza

Ingredients:
250 g of gluten-free tagliatelle
200 g of minced meat
150 g of peas
150 g of cooked ham
250 ml of cooking cream
to taste Rodeo marinade
salt, pepper, cheese to taste

Method

Pour the Rodeo marinade over the ground beef, massage it into the meat, and let it rest in the refrigerator. Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of water and, almost at the end, add some of the cream. Arrange some of the tagliatelle in a baking dish and add the peas and diced cooked ham. Form the ground beef into meatballs and add them to the pasta. Add grated cheese and pepper. Cover with the remaining tagliatelle and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes.
-As soon as a nice golden crust forms, the dish will be ready
