Method
- Cut the pumpkin into cubes.
- Season it with oil and Rub SPG Gusto al Volo.
- Add the Milanese Breadcrumbs Taste on the Fly, mix well and bake until golden.
- Blanch the cavolo nero in hot water or in a pan.
- Blend all the ingredients to obtain the hummus.
- Assemble the croutons:
• spread the hummus
• add black cabbage and pumpkin cubes
