Breaded calamari with potatoes and cherry tomatoes

Method
In a bowl, add the previously washed and dried squid, the cherry tomatoes cut in half and the potatoes cut into small pieces.
Add the breadcrumbs, a drizzle of oil, the Mediterranean breading of Gusto al Volo, and mix everything together with a spatula.
Arrange the squid on a baking tray lined with baking paper, taking care not to overlap each other, add another round of oil and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Suggestions
(Be careful not to cut the potatoes too large, otherwise they will be raw!). Enjoy your meal!
