Tajarin with farmyard flavours

A first course that recalls tradition, with a strong flavour. Find out how to prepare it, in a few simple steps.

Ingredients for 4 servings:
380g of tajarin
1 chicken cut into pieces
1 onion
½ carrot
5g of Rub Chicken
5 cherry tomatoes
White wine
Vegetable broth

Method

Marinate the cockerel (breast and thighs) without removing the skin, with a drizzle of oil and the Rub Chicken.
Chop the onion and carrot and sauté them in a pan, then brown the chicken. Pour in the vegetable broth and white wine. Cook for about 20 minutes, then add the diced cherry tomatoes. Cook the pasta in a saucepan until al dente, drain, and toss it in the pan where the chicken was cooked.

Suggestions

Serve the tajarin with scalloped breast and chicken thigh.
