Pan-seared squid with special Rub sauce and potatoes

Here is a recipe capable of surprising family and friends, simple and tasty.

Ingredients:
to taste GSP Rub
250g cleaned squid
3 medium potatoes Rub Chicken
1 lemon
garlic
rosemary

Method

-peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes
-cut the squid so that it cooks more evenly
- prepare the sauce to season the squid with oil, half a lemon and SPG Rub and blend everything with the immersion blender to obtain a nice emulsified sauce
- blanch the potatoes in boiling water for 5-8 minutes
-sauté the potatoes in a pan with oil, garlic and rosemary until they become golden
-Sear the squid in a pan or hot grill for 2 minutes per side
-Plate the squid on a bed of rocket then add the previously prepared sauce with lemon oil and rub GSP
-add a few slices of lemon
