Pork Gyoza
Delicious Gyoza with vegetables and pork seasoned with our pork rub
and garnished with Farciburger chimichurri.
Method
- Knead the flour, water and salt, form a ball and let it rest.
- Finely chop the vegetables and add them to the minced meat. Pork rub and soy sauce.
- Roll out the dough, cut out some discs and fill them.
- Close the gyoza and cook them in a pan: first on a griddle, then steam (with a glass of water and a lid for 5 minutes).
- Serve with sesame seeds, fresh spring onion and Chimichurri Stuffed Burger.
