Pork Gyoza

Farciburger - Rub - Tasty Treats - First Courses

Delicious Gyoza with vegetables and pork seasoned with our pork rub
and garnished with Farciburger chimichurri.

Ingredients:
250 g Flour
125 g Water
1 teaspoon of salt
200 g Minced Pork
1 Carrot
50 g Savoy cabbage
1 Spring Onion
Soy sauce
Sesame Seeds

Method

  • Knead the flour, water and salt, form a ball and let it rest.
  • Finely chop the vegetables and add them to the minced meat. Pork rub and soy sauce.
  • Roll out the dough, cut out some discs and fill them.
  • Close the gyoza and cook them in a pan: first on a griddle, then steam (with a glass of water and a lid for 5 minutes).
  • Serve with sesame seeds, fresh spring onion and Chimichurri Stuffed Burger.
