Ingredients:
4 slices of veal (walnut cut)
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
150g tomato sauce
2 mozzarella
to taste oil for frying

Method

- Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt with the tines of a fork;
-dip the veal slices;
-arrange the Milanese breading on a tray;
-Impanare le fettine prima da un lato e poi dall’altro;
-fry in plenty of oil until golden brown, when cooked through, add some simple tomato sauce and slices of mozzarella;
-cover with a lid and cook over low heat until the mozzarella has melted;
-serve the cutlets hot and stringy.
