Hamburger with egg and caramelized red onion
A perfect burger that will amaze everyone
Method
-First make the burgers with simple ground veal and a burger press.
-Cut Gusto al Volo hamburger bun and toast it for a few minutes in a pan on the inside of the sandwich.
-Cook the burgers in a pan covered with a lid first on one side, until golden brown.
-At this point, turn the burgers over, add the sliced cheese halfway through cooking, finish cooking and set aside.
-Fry the eggs in a little butter, preferably in a pastry cutter to maintain a round shape and the size of a sandwich, with a pinch of salt and a sprinkling of pepper.
-Spread generously Gusto al Volo Burger Sauce on both sides of the sandwich, on the base add salad, slices of cherry tomatoes, the hamburger with melted cheese, the Caramelized red onion by Gusto al Volo and finally the egg, close and enjoy while still hot!
