Method
Piadina:
- Knead the flour, water, oil, and salt until you obtain a smooth dough.
- Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
- Divide, roll out and cook the piadinas in a very hot pan for 2–3 minutes per side.
Chicken:
- Add the Chicken Rub to the breadcrumbs for flavor and coat well.
- Cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 12–15 minutes
Spread the garden sauce on the warm piadina, add red cabbage and crispy chicken.
Close and serve immediately.
