Cod Fillets with Asparagus

Delicious Cod Fillets marinated with our Rosmarie Marinade
accompanied by a side of Asparagus and Gusto al Volo Mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
3 cod fillets
8 Asparagus
Breadcrumbs
salt
EVO Oil

Method

  • Cut the cod fillets into regular pieces;
  • pour over the Rosemary marinade and brush each piece.
  • Coat them in breadcrumbs and cook them in an air fryer for 15 minutes at 200°.
  • Meanwhile, clean the asparagus, blanch them for a few minutes and then sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
  • Serve with the Mayonnaise Sauce.
