Fried battered vegetables

How to make super crispy fried battered vegetables with a special breading.

Ingredients:
to taste Classic breading
to taste Garden sauce
yellow and red pepper
zuchini
eggplant
courgette flowers
300 g of 00 flour
300 ml of beer
salt and pepper
oil for frying

Method

-cut the vegetables into flames
-in a bowl add flour and with a fruit incorporate the beer little by little until you obtain a smooth batter.
-adjust the batter with salt and pepper
-in a bowl put the Classic Breading by Gusto al Volo
-mix the vegetables in the batter and then pass them in the Classic Breadcrumbs of Gusto al Volo
-fry in boiling oil

Accompany the vegetables with the Salsa dell’Orto per un tocco in più.
