Pasta with sea bream and cherry tomatoes served on pumpkin cream

Method
Tagliare la zucca a cubetti. In una padella scaldare olio e aglio. Unire la zucca a cubetti, il rosmarino, condire con un pizzico di sale, una macinata di pepe e cuocere per qualche minuto. Poi abbassare la fiamma, coprire con il coperchio e proseguire la cottura per 20-25 minuti (se necessario unire un goccio d’acqua).
Nel frattempo tagliare l’orata e i pomodorini a pezzettini.
Condire l’orata e i pomodorini con il condimento GSP Rub e un filo d’olio. Lasciar insaporire per 10 minuti.
Scaldare una padella e unire l’orata e i pomodorini. Cuocere a fiamma vivace per alcuni minuti e poi sfumare con un goccio di vino.
Cook the pasta in lightly salted boiling water.
Nel frattempo eliminare l’aglio e il rosmarino e frullare la zucca cotta con un goccio di acqua di cottura della pasta, fino ad ottenere una crema.
Drain the half sleeves and sauté them in the pan with the sea bream sauce and cherry tomatoes.
Serve by placing the pumpkin cream at the base and the pasta on top.
