Tagliare le melanzane a fette sottili e condire con olio d’oliva. Insaporire con Rub+Gusto. Assemblare la parmigiana a strati, alternando melanzane, carne trita e formaggio grattugiato. Cuocere in forno a 180°C fino a doratura.
