
Chicken Lollipop
Here is a recipe capable of surprising family and friends, simple and tasty.
Method
-Prepare the chicken thighs, removing the skin, tendons and cartilage.
-Shape the meat, giving it a rounded shape, so that the bone is partially visible.
-Bread the thighs evenly with the Mediterranean breading and wrap them with sliced bacon.
-Cook in a preheated oven at 180° for 25-30 minutes in the oven, or in a non-stick pan for 5-7 minutes per side, until the legs are golden and crispy.
-Serve the chicken lollipops piping hot.
Suggestions
Cover the bone with foil and serve at the table in a sharing basket. Serve with Chicken Rub.
