Method
Lavare i gamberi sotto l’acqua corrente, sgusciarli delicatamente, lasciando attaccata solo la coda. Asciugare i gamberi con della carta assorbente. In una ciotola, versare la Panatura Classica e adagiarvi i gamberi, uno alla volta, assicurandosi che siano panati in modo uniforme. Scaldare abbondante olio in una padella a temperatura media-alta. Friggere i gamberi impanati nell’olio bollente per circa 2-3 minuti, fino a completa doratura. Assorbire l’olio in eccesso su carta assorbente.
