Ingredients:
Cod
Potatoes
Batter

Method

-Cut the cod into fillets about 5 centimetres and matchstick potatoes.
-Dip the cod in the batter and then
in the Milanese breading.
-Portate l’olio a 170 gradi circa e friggete il merluzzo finchè non sarà bello dorato.
-Fry the potatoes separately
always at 170 degrees after blanching them for five minutes and rinse.
