Method
Marinate the cockerel (breast and thighs) without removing the skin, with a drizzle of oil and the Rub Chicken.
Tritare la cipolla e la carota e fare un soffritto in cui far rosolare il galletto. Sfumare con brodo vegetale e vino bianco. Facciamo cuocere per circa 20 minuti, al termine aggiungere i pomodorini a tocchetti. In una pentola cuocere la pasta, scolarla al dente e mantecarla nella padella in cui è stato preparato il galletto.
