The evergreen second course that never disappoints... but with that extra touch of flavor that enhances the flavor of the meat and makes it as good as in a restaurant. And it's so easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
Sliced beef
pink pepper

Method

Brush the cut with the Rosmarie Marinade. Massage and leave to rest for two hours. Cook in the hot pan. Add a few grains of pink pepper.

Suggestions

Serve with a side of steamed green beans seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, salt and lemon.
