Method
Marinare gli straccetti di arista con la Marinatura Pepperona, per almeno 30 minuti. Unire al preparato le carote e le zucchine tagliate a julienne. Scaldare l’olio in una padella antiaderente. Adagiare la carne e le verdure e cuocere per 10-15 minuti, sfumando con la birra. In ultimo, aggiungere i cubetti di guanciale croccante.
