Ingredients:
Minced meat
Taggiasca olives
Capers from Pantelleria
Dried tomatoes

Method

-Preparare l’impasto, lavorando la carne macinata con le olive, i capperi e i pomodorini secchi.
-Create the meatballs, marinate with Margherita Marinade and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
-Cook in a pan for about 20-25 minutes, helping the cooking with the vegetable broth.
