Preriscaldare il forno a 170°. Preparare un pangrattato aromatizzato con prezzemolo e aglio granulare. Pulire il filetto di orata. Stendere la Marinatura Pepperona sul lato superiore, privo di pelle, e spolverare il pangrattato aromatizzato. Infornare e cuocere per 10-15 minuti, fino a doratura.
