Gluten-free tagliatelle tart
A rich and substantial first course, one of those dishes that everyone probably knows, ideal to serve for Sunday lunch or on any other occasion.
Method
-Versare la marinatura Rodeo sul macinato di carne, massaggiare la carne e far riposare in frigo. -Cuocere le tagliatelle in abbondante acqua e, quasi a fine cottura, unire ad esse parte della panna. -Disporre parte delle tagliatelle in una teglia da forno ed aggiungere i piselli ed i cubetti di prosciutto cotto. -Con la carne macinata formare delle polpettine e unirle alla pasta. -Aggiungere del formaggio grattugiato ed il pepe. -Ricoprire con le restanti tagliatelle ed infornare a 180 gradi per circa 15 min.
-Appena si formerà una bella crosticina dorata il piatto sarà pronto
