Method
- Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt with the tines of a fork;
-dip the veal slices;
-arrange the Milanese breading on a tray;
-Impanare le fettine prima da un lato e poi dall’altro;
-friggi in abbondante olio, fino a doratura, quando la cottura sarĂ ultimata, aggiungere del sugo semplice di pomodoro e delle fettine di mozzarella;
-coprire con un coperchio e lasciare cuocere a fiamma bassa, fin quando la mozzarella non si sarĂ sciolta;
-serve the cutlets hot and stringy.
