Homemade ribs as good as in the restaurant? Yes it can. Few ingredients, for juicy ribs full of flavour: a recipe to prepare in the oven, to delight guests.

Ingredients:
Rack of pork ribs
Olive oil
White wine

Method

Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C. Condire le costine di maiale con il Rub Maiale e massaggiare. Disporre le costine sulla teglia da forno, in modo uniforme. Infornare le ribs e cuocere per circa un’ora. Durante la cotture, spennellare le costine con il sugo rilasciato dalla carne.
