Baked chicken nuggets with potatoes

Ingredients:
800g Chicken breast
5 Potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
3 sprigs of rosemary
to taste Mustard sauce
milk to taste
Oil, salt, pepper

Method

– Tagliare il petto di pollo a bocconcini e metterlo a bagno nel latte per 15/20 minuti.
-Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes and blanch them for 5 minutes in boiling water.
-Poi scolarle e condirle con sale, pepe, aglio, rosmarino e olio. Versare la Mediterranean breading in a bowl.
-Drain the chicken and bread it in the breadcrumbs on a baking tray lined with baking paper, the potatoes and the chicken.
– Cuocere in forno “ventilato” (già caldo) a 190 gradi per 30 minuti circa.

Suggestions

Remove the chicken and potatoes from the oven and serve them with the mustard sauce.
