A tasty preparation, easy to prepare and gluten free. Ideal to surprise your guests.
Method
– Tagliare il petto di pollo a bocconcini della dimensione desiderata.
– Unire il pepe nero e la senape e mescolare. Frullare fino ad ottenere una consistenza omogenea e formare i nuggets.
– Preparare la pastella con latte, uova, farina e mescolare. Passare i nuggets nella pastella e successivamente nella Mediterranean breading.
– Scaldare abbondante olio di semi in una padella a fuoco medio-alto e friggere i nuggets di pollo per circa 3-4 minuti per lato, o fino a quando saranno dorati e croccanti.
– Servire i nuggets di pollo caldi e croccanti, accompagnandoli con salse a scelta (tra le mie preferite ci sono la classic mayonnaise and the Honey BBQ Sauce by Gusto al Volo)
Suggestions
Si possono accompagnare i nuggets con listarelle di zucchine e fettine di patate impanate, preparate passandole semplicemente nell’uovo, impanandole con la Mediterranean breading and finally frying them.
