Breaded calamari with potatoes and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients:
600g of squid
200g of cherry tomatoes
2 potatoes
100g of breadcrumbs
Olio extravergine d’oliva e sale q.b.

Method

In una ciotola aggiungere i totani precedentemente lavati e asciugati, i pomodorini tagliati a metà e le patate tagliate a piccoli tocchetti.
Add the breadcrumbs, a drizzle of oil, the Mediterranean breading of Gusto al Volo, and mix everything together with a spatula.
Arrange the squid on a baking tray lined with baking paper, taking care not to overlap each other, add another round of oil and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

(Be careful not to cut the potatoes too large, otherwise they will be raw!). Enjoy your meal!
