-put the salmon slices in a bowl and massage them with the Rosmarie Marinade, cover the bowl with cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours

-once ready, plate with salad on the bottom of the plate, seasoned with salt and oil
-adagia il salmone sull’insalata e aggiusta di sale, pepe e olio
