Method
– Togliere la polpa dai pomodori e frullarla in un mixer insieme al prezzemolo, in modo da ottenere un succo.
– In una padella soffriggere uno spicchio d’aglio e poi versare il succo di pomodoro ottenuto precedentemente.
– Cuocere per 10 min per far restringere il liquido.
– Nel frattempo, cuocere il riso in acqua bollente.
– A cottura ultimata del riso, versarlo nella padella con il sugo, unire altro prezzemolo, la scamorza a cubetti ed il Rub + Taste of Gusto al Volo.
– Farcire i pomodori con il riso e aggiungere altri 2-3 cubetti di scamorza.
– Cuocere i pomodori ripieni in friggitrice ad aria per 10 minuti a 180 gradi.
