The typical flavor of Mediterranean preparations in a dish that delights guests. A stewed swordfish, to be accompanied with toasted bread croutons.

Ingredients:
Swordfish cut into pieces
Kalamata olives
Pine nuts
Tropea onion
White wine

Method

Tagliare il pesce spada a tocchetti e marinare con la Marinatura Regina. In una padella, scaldare l’olio e aggiungere le olive, i pinoli e la cipolla a rondelle. Unire il pesce spada e sfumare con il vino bianco. Cuocere in padella per circa 10-15 minuti.

Suggestions

Serve the swordfish hot or warm, with a side dish of poached asparagus.
